Oostende & Ghent

Halfway through my stay in the lovely port city of Oostende, Belgium. I have a terrific Airbnb, and love the view of the church from my balcony.

I had a wonderful B'day with Veronica at the Art Museum in Rotterdam, along with Magritte, Rodin , Monet, Degas, Picasso, and more ! I am only a short train ride away from the utterly charming cities of Brugges and Ghent ...Lots more pictures to come !
While staying in Belgium, I visited the city of Ghent numerous times. Along with the famous Ghent altarpiece, there is a castle dating from 1180, and the medieval architecture of the guildhalls that line the river.
